Regulations governing issues related to the duplication of copyrighted material were formulated as guidelines by the Ad Hoc Copyright Committee of the college and established as regulations by the Superintendent/President in 1978.

Any appeals for exemption from these regulations are to be submitted to the Superintendent/President and such appeals from the regulations will be granted in writing by the Superintendent/President's office only.
